I have a 1993 mercury 200 hp efi. When i first take off it runs good when i let off the throttle and let it sit then try to take off it only gets up to about 2200 rpm. You can sit for about an hour and fish and take off it runs fine but if you let it sit after taking off again it only gets up to 2200 rpm.
