Ok so i had to melt the rubber hub to get my prop off, where the guy before me didnt use any grease. I took it to the prop shop, and while putting a new hub in the inside of the prop exploded. So he offered me a prop that someone had not picked up and all i had to pay was the rehub fee. So i went to pick it up and it was a 13 spline hub in it. Mine is an 11 spline. He says he cant get a hub for me, and he has never heard of an 11 spline. And the only new prop he can get is $218. I dont really want to pay that much for a prop. any suggestions? any salvage yards, or anybody have one? Thanks. By the way the motor is a 1966 merc 350 35hp and the prop is a 10" 13 pitch 11 spline right hand with thru hub exhaust.

Re: Mercury prop

here is a speed prop that will work on ebay, this one is new and kinda pricey, but it is bronze, what your looking for isnt the most common but, used ones aluminum under $100 do come up on ebay if you look religiously, so just keep looking daily

Your prolly used to a 3 blade, this will give you more top end speed, you will feel a little more prop vibration at LOW rpms, and out of the hole will be slightly slower

10.5 x 12
