Mercury repair manual

Newbie here, I am in the UK and have a fuel problem with a 2007 mercury 115hp 4 stroke . To repair the problem I need to understand the intricasies of the system. Now maybe I'm a bit dumb but I cannot find a repair manual for this engine. Is this some form of restrictive practise to make sure you run to your Mercury Stealer?

Hi there, welcome to iboats forums.
Having the engine serial number might help a little at trying to find the correct service manual part number...Is the engine EFI or Carbureted?

Format dont look right, got it off my insurance doc's.
