Wow, Boat tech thanks man. I was thinking it was probably a 115 but hoping it was a 150. WOW-a 200, that blows me away. Thanks for the parts link too. That will come in real handy. I just changed the water pump yesterday (I guess it was the right one ?) I also drained the gear oil and found a thicker than oil silvery looking substance that smelled like the bottom of a pond. I changed the oil and after I put it in the water this weekend, I will check it again. BTW, I know nothing about boats or Motors, only the info I have gathered from the pro's at iboats

Faztbullet, the hull is a 1990. I am very interested to hear what you think would make this hull and motor run at its best. I bought it for the kids first ski/tube boat. I have already figured it will need something to help get on plane. Is that what the 26" big ear chopper is?? I also have no Idea what a nose cone is? I can tell you that it has a Turbo jack plate on it. This measures about 10" off the boat so I am only guessing that this what they call a 10" Jack plate? It also has some markings on each side which are set at 2 and a half. I had some photos on my laptop but cannot get it to power up. I am trying to save them from my hard drive but it wont let me access them. If you need a pic to help you help me I will be glad to take one from which ever angle you need. Thanks, Paul.
