Mercury tiller or remote

Guys i need help i have a chance to get a motor thats a remote one with cables and all
how hard is it to change to a tiller ?

with out serial, yr., horsepower, something, who knows. I'm guessing $$$ no matter what. If parts are even available.

2003 9.9 hp I dont know the serial Im thinking of buying it

are you sure it does not have tiller on it Now?
serial number is very important.
Don't buy something impulsive.

its exactly what I want
but its doesn't have a tiller

Parts available.
Do you have a GOOD MERC dealer in your area.
Check with them.
I would bet, that it will cost you over 500 bucks to make it a tiller. In parts only.

Mi thanks a lot I'm gonna look into it with a dealer
if its that much I'll keep looking I have an 8 hp Evinrude now
but I've been looking around and almost everybody's got either a Mercury or Yamaha
Im looking to go in that direction preferably a Yamaha

Don't break anything if you buy yamaha. you will be waiting for parts for months.
