My oil inject system went south on my 1994 Merc 200 so I am going to premixing. I have pullled the pump and drive shaft and have installed the plug system.
Question--how do I silence the oil alarm without disabeling the overheat warning???:

Re: Mercury warning alarm

There is a junction screw, I believe on the starboard side near the top, where the wire from the overheat sensor and the wire from the oil alarm module come together. A single wire then continues on through the harness to the controls. Remove the wire from the oil alarm sensor. You might as well completely remove the oil alarm at that time.

hope it helps
