As you can see in the pic below, the center window on my MFG Gypsy 15 seems to be drooping almost 1/2 inch down. I would like to know three things:

1-How do I resolve this?

2-The pane in the center window had been replaced as some point in the past with plexiglass or some clear plastic material. It is now hazy and has a crack at teh bottom. How do I replace it. I haven't measured yet but upon consideration, it may be cut wrong and be the cause of #1. But I still want to replace it. Guess I can ask hardware store what type would be good. I do stained glass so cutting is not a problem

and 3- how do I eventually remove the entire window?

Thanks again for all the help, this forum is most excellent!

Uhhh that is usually an indication that one console is colapsing because of a weaken deck.

Re: MFG Gypsy 15 window alignment

could be as simple as the dash is cracked since every body likes to use the windshield as a handrail to go forward.
to remove the center section just push the pin in the hinge section up a little from the bottom and pull it out the top,it is just a piano type hinge.
take a look at www.laniermarine.net,they are a salvage yard for boats and parts in Ga.
where you at be glad to help
