Ayuh,... The Galvanize Smoke will Kill you,... Dead....
Yes galvanized material smoke can kill you in high enough concentrations. Only weld it in a well ventilated area. Keep you're head out of the smoke,,,,and keep upwind. If you get nauseous after welding the stuff. Drink lots of Milk.. When your done you can spray the cooled weld area with "cold galvanizing" spray paint....it's expensive and have found it to be the best product, but it will keep the weld from being corroded.
