I bought this boat the oil is milky, havent had a chance to change it and see if it happens again but is there a chance its just drawed moisture or the guy didnt change it for a long time??

If i would only looked closer when i was getting ready to buy this boat. I found a crack in the block that goes from the front to the back on the alternator side.

Yeah. they also crack up under the (combined) manifold on the port side just below the head gasket.
I replaced one of those a couple years ago for a friend that didn't fully drain his block. Even in Western Wa, it's cold enough long enough to crack a block.
We used a long block engine from USENGINE in Kent Wa.
