Is this a new instalation ?-------Has compression been checked ?------Has spark been checked ?---------Are you running the correct prop for a slow / heavy boat ?

Welcome aboard.

Slow down, take some time to add some spaces and punctuation.

We can and will help you one step at a time

Is this boat new to you, or have you had it for a bit?

Year and serial number of your merc?

Are you running pre-mix or is this motor injected?

If your prop is out of water and spraying 50 fert, your prop isn't deep enough

How did you clean your carbs? Did you simply spray them, or take the time to soak them, and chase each passage with a fine wire?

Did you perform a link-n-sync after?

What are the compression numbers?

What you describe sounds like fuel system related. Could be dirt in carb, could be bad fuel pump, could be blockage or low flow, could be bad fuel

Any motor will run ok out of water without a load on very very very little fuel. To do so under load takes fuel.

The compression numbers are ok (ok, not great)

How do the plug colors look? I bet your running lean.

Moved your new thread into your existing thread. Please don't start new threads on the same problem, history is lost and we get confused with split threads.

Please make your posts easier to read. Sentences would help.

How are you seeing 6000 RPM in neutral? In the lake or on muffs? Either way is bad and not good for your motor.
