I just changed out the remote control box wires to convert my MK Power-Drive to a stern mount. When you do this, you have to reverse the wiriing, since she wants to go left when you press the right hand side pedal and vice versa. <br /><br />Just so no one else has to cut too many wires, please be informed that the greeen and yellow wires control the direction. Swapping them reverses your Trolling Motor's pointing, and thus, your boat's direction. RichG
