Misfire diagnosis

Thank you in advance for your help! I have a 2004 Mercury 50hp 2 stoke motor with a misfire. How can I determine which cylinder is misfiring? I’m leaning towards needing to replace an ignition coil pack.

Any thoughts??

Disconnect the Wire at the Spark Plug while engine is running, using insulated Pliers. That will show if that cylinder was firing or not
