Missing bad

1989 Xp150, The last two times I had it out it would like quit for a few seconds and the go on. <br />It cranks ok but when I start running down the lake it starts acting up.I can run 300 or 400 yards cut it off fish a little while and it is like nothing was every wrong. Cranks fine runs great.I put gas dryer in it and carbs was rebuit about 6 weeks ago. Any ideas??

Xp150,check all electrical ground lugs on engine block.Also look for corroded or loose connections at ignition switch and lanyard kill switch, if so equipped.

Also, Carefully check for any pinholes or small air leaks in the fuel lines. Connectors, Ect! That will also cause it to hesitate. And follow OB's suggestions, as well!
