Missing bolt 4.3 mercruiser

Does anyone know the specifics on the bolt that’s directly under the distributor on a 2006 4.3 mercruiser? After a partial rebuild, it’s spraying what seems like a oil/gas mix out of the threaded bolt hole, it’s like right underneath the distributor, where the block and intake manifold meet

If it's spraying oil, it's most likely the oil port that should have the gauge sender in it

Is this engine carbed or fuel injected? I’d be looking for fuel leaks before anything else.

Looking at it again, it could be water, are you sure that you don't have water in the oil? Look under the oil fill cap/valve cover to see if you have any mayonnaise looking emulsified crud in there.
