Missing cap from above water line thru hull plastic fitting

I just bought a 95 Vista 258 and seem to be missing some screw on caps from 2-3 through hull plastic fittings. the exposed part has outside threads. Other similar white plastic through hull fittings have caps with nice smooth edges that seem to surround the through hull fitting.

Am I missing a cap? where to get one? size?

Looked closer and figured it out. The two places are where the outer part of the plastic thru hull fitting has been broken off. Guess no easy way to fix except replace the fittings.
