Missing model number

I have recently got a johnson 115 saltwater series and have looked everywhere for the model number the only number I could find is on the plug 048A191 i am guessing that is the serial number if anyone can help narrow down the model thanks

Sounds like from mid to late 1990's-----But post a picture if paint / graphics are original.
