I'm trying to replace the thermostat but
the screws are so tight that it is impossible to remove it i have 3 days trying to remove it I applied w -40, penetrating, blazter and nothing someone had this problem and managed to get out

Obviously somebody put in sealant in the thread or maybe thread lock. Use a little heat and a large screwdriver (mine has slotted head) held with a set of pliers or vise grip for turning leverage. Just make sure you push hard with one hand while turning the pliers with the other. Goodluck.

What kind of heat are you using? A heat gun will not do the job. You need a small flame tip propane torch to heat each screw head directly. Use some heat shielding to protect the vicinity especially wires. Even better see if you can get needle nose vise grips and grab the head while heating it. All it takes is to break the sealant in the threads after that it's business as usual.

The worst scenario is to remove the head and do the heating in a more convenient way like a work table.

After soaking with PB blaster, Impact driver till something gives. Be prepared with Cobalt drill.

today i remove the head cover tomorrow try with heat tourch may.
