If you have a good signal then it's great. Starlink is a good option since it uses satellites....

Looking at that recently - in Western New York state, not urban or rural area.
Currently have VZ for internet, landline (cheaper that way, but like having that working number when something demands a phone number, that we never answer). We have VZW for ours, and our 3 kids' hand-held computers (aka "cell phones").
The Admiral's and my use are about the same as yours. Yes, Our 3 kids are out of the house, but we still pay for their hand-held computer monthly service.
About $500/month for both VZ and VZW seems like too much. And not sure why they are separate...

We have Verizon 5g. Works well with 2 tvs and computer all streaming at once.

We supposedly have a weak signal. But it is working well.

Yeah get the signal coverage thing just thinking I guess is 5g or whatever they brand it with enough?
Guess it depends on the bandwidth in the area.

Since VZW switched over to 5G messaging, messages can take up to 30 minutes to processed and passed along in our local area. Have not noticed much difference out of our area.

I had a cellular modem for years until I got a smartphone and started using the hotspot before someone finally brought fiber optics into our area. I still use the hotspot when the fiber is out. We stream tv (netflix on the living room tv), surf the net and play games at the same time just fine on the hotspot.
