Model # of a 1987 Johnson VRO 90HP

So in my searches, I've found that there are two different model #s: J90MLCUR 1987 and J90TLCUR 1987. Does anyone here know the difference between the ML and the TL? I can't seem to find a model number on the engine.

A 90M has no factory installed power tilt & trim (manual tilt). A 90T has factory installed trim & tilt.
