Model year and specs

Sorry to bother folks with this but I am looking at buying a 9.9 Merc and can't determine the model year. I usually stick to Johnson/Evinrudes but this looks like a pretty good deal. Serial number as given to me is 08398065, but quite often people mistake B's for 8's. I have spent a lot of time on the various websites suggested here, and some others, but just can't seem to find the right info. Any help would be appreciated, I'm also trying to find out the weight since my boat is an inflatable. I'll try to attach a picture.

It's 0B and a 1989, dry wieght is 69#
