In the late 60's I think

I'll assume this is a Chrysler.I don't find a 4.4 only a 4.9 or 4 hp.
4 hp model 42. is as close as I can come.I don't have specific year info.I don't see a 402 in my lists.
Perhaps a description and a best guess for the year will help pin this down.
