I have a 2001 trophy 2359 walkaround , it is dock at a marina, the problem I'm having is that the cushions, pillows and blankets are getting moisture from some place, there is no leak and the seals for the windows are good, anyone have any idea what could be causing this ?

thanks

Re: moisture problem

Fabric/foam maybe collecting condensation. Put in a dehumidifier.

Re: moisture problem

Do you keep a cover on it? If so you may need a powered vent for the moisture to vent out. Cool nights and warm days will produce condensation on the inside of a covered boat. There are solar powered fans that will help eliminate the problem.

I had this problem with my cabin cruiser until I got located on a power dock. I once used a fan to blow the air within the cabin and an exhaust vent as well. Now I turn my Air Condition on and keep it set. Now everthing is dry and comfy.

Had the same problem with my 2955 bayliner. Couldn't figure out for the longest time. Turned out to be the handrail bolts needed to be tightened all around. Fixed moisture problem

Re: moisture problem

They sell buckets of "stink absorber, moisture remover" at home depot for a couple of bucks to remove the moisture until you figure it out..Big bucket of baking soda i believe..
