....One thing to note, though, be sure your video card supports wide screen resolutions. If your computer is old, it just may not and it's pointless getting a wide screen monitor or hooking up to your hd tv.

Good point Jds, I did have it hooked up to the tv, back when I bought it, and it would not open to full screen....Hmmm, maybe I'll just suffer with this old crt for a month or two until things are flowing better, then up-date it all...well over-due to say the least...Thanks!

I got 2 LG Flatron monitors from frys 22.5" for $160 and they are far and away the best picture I have seen IMHO.
