Monterrey 204fs Dimensional plans

Was hoping someone might have the dimensional plans for the swim platform, stern and deck? I am planning on installing some seadeck and would like to have the material cut down perfectly to size. Monterry is not helpful and charge about twice (if not more) than what it would cost to get the job done by myself.
Any help would be great!

Probably no dealer close in Dubai. you could probably get the dimensions from them. Since Sea Dek makes these for Monterey, they already have the templates, so just order it from them that is what I did. It was cheaper than through the dealer as well, and do the install yourself.


Or you could make a template out of paper or cardboard. Cut it to the sizes you need for each part of the swim platform, transom walkthru etc. that you want to cover. Then send the templates with your order to Sea Dek and have them make it.

The dealers in general have quoted me about 1500 dollars for the deck and swimming platform. I find that a little overpriced. Seadek refuse to help and claim that all orders for Monterey boats between 2010 and 2012 should be done through Monterey dealers.
Is there an alternative product out there on the market that doesn't have all this red tape attached?

There is nothing quite like Sea Dek. There are several alternatives, but not near as well made. My dealer quoted me $500 for the Sea Dek. I ordered it from Sea Dek for $250 and installed it
in about 2 hours. Sea Dek was very cooperative with me, they sent the same custom cut pieces that I would have ordered from my dealer.

oops, I forgot to mention, you need to order the Sea Dek for the 194FS platform. That is how I worked around the problems you are encountering with your 2011 204FS. The 194 FS platform is a duplicate of the 204FS.

I went to my dealer and measured one of his boats that had it all covered, made templates, then ordered it from SeaDek
