I have I believe a 1969 Wards/Sea King 4HP outboard. My question is the pull start is locked by what appears are two catches. Did this model have a gear shift lever or anything. It appears to be missing something to unlock it but I don't know what is missing. I am not familar with this motor and have found no pictures to help identify. Any Ideas I would be greatful.<br />
