more HIN craziness

friend stopped by yesterday with a boat he was delivering for a friend. he had no clue what it was but I liked the boat and want to know so I can search around locally and see if there's anything like it in the area for sale.

anyway, I "think" the HIN is PIOJG137K798 but here's a bad pic of it anyway:

what I'm pretty sure is that its a 1998 model boat?
I used the coast guard MIC search with every possible combo for the first three and got only two results. PLO = Pert Lowell Co. and PIO = Bluewater Marine

anyone recognize it? its a 180 DC model is about the only other thing I could find on it.

I tried putting "1998 180 DC" into google but it actually spit back a bunch of manufacturers at me.

That is PIO since if it was an L it would be a capitol letter. Bluewater Marine yup a 1998 did you notice who the parent company was???

I just like how its a dual console boat but yet is all composite from the looks of it. From what I can tell, it can have up to a 150hp engine on it as well which would make it a very very nice bay/ski boat and possibly a little bit of a "calm day" near shore boat at the buoys.

They are like the vacuum cleaner company of boats..they buy them up LOL. ( kinda cool when you dont have to compete with whaler ..when you Own them hehe ) .

Brunswick does not make boats..they own boat companies..
