more on my 85hp

a month ago pumped it full of water from tank. drained carbs lines fuel pump. cleaned carbs new plugs new gas good fire compression 150+. getting gas to carbs tried to crank. nothing. sprayed gas in carb nothing.. pulled plugs they are dry. help

Put your hand over front of carb while cranking to see if you have any crankcase pressure...
