Ran the boat for about 1/2-hour yesterday tubing and well went well. Then I heard the motor sputtering and I started losing power. Exhaust smelled rich and I couldn't get the motor back running OK. PLaying around a little I could smooth out at 3,000 RPM and run OK, but once I gave it more throttle the sputtering and stalling started to occur.
I do have a new Rochester Carb on it recently installed.
Adjusted the timing, which was off prior to the run, but was OK for the last run.
