Tools and/or appliances as Mother's Day gifts are just another way of saying "I am always in the doghouse....... but I can never figure out why ".

When I was dating my wife, I bought her flowers once...I thought she was going to break it off right there, she said "girly" stuff is a waste of money. Last Christmas she wanted a scroll saw and a .380 carry gun, and thats what she got.
