its a 1999 115 johnson<br /><br />i thought the fuel bulb felt a little clamy but it held the idle and so off i went..... once on the way out it felt like it missed or bogged down but recovered almost instantly..<br />i checked for any thing around the prop nada..... drifted with 6-7 moves at low rpm no problem instant start<br />but on the way in tried to take it from 3500 to 4000 (it backed it self off to 2500 <br />its a low hour motor <br /><br />yard guy is going to take out later<br />any ideas (im new at this outboard thing)
