My 1971 Johnson 9.5 runs fine at trolling speed. When I go to WOT, it periodically dies. After pumping the fuel line bulb, which had no pressure when it dies, it would restart with no problems. I am thinking two possible problems, lack of venting in the tank or fuel pump issues. Can anyone shed some light?
