Hey Guy's, i have center consloe bay boat that has a Johnson 130 hp Loop charged motor. the boat and motor are a 1995. i notice that during low speed idle like no wakes zones. like the motor was missing, so I purchased 4 Carb kits and plugs. I spent all day yesterday rebuilding the carbs and a quick trip to the river. it still does the same thing. now i have checked the compression and it is 140,138,142,140 so i know the compression is excellent and ohmed all the coils and and spark plug wires. they are all within factory specs. now i removed the front carb cover and noitced when in the water the # 1 cylinder is putting out a light fog out the front of it like it is pushing air out of it . could this be bad reeds? i looked at them with the carb off and and they appear to be seating , or could this be the trigger or powerpack ? i know we have some johnson mechanics that read here too, please help !!!!
