motor mount broken

1972 40hp johnson the transom motor mount is broken. I cannot get it off the motor, i have removed all the bolts that i can find.the mount is loose, but will not come off, i am at my wits end 4 days workin with this, would it be easier to change the power head out? Any help you guys would be greatly appreciated... thanks, sam

The transom motor mount? Can you post a piece of the broken piece? We may be able to assist you.
