It is a evinrude fisherman 6, 1967 that has been in the garage for 3+ years and I started in a bucket of water..<br />It ran to my surprise but full chocked. Can I run gumout in the gas?? or should I rip apart the carb??
the reason it will run only with full choke is because the motor is starving for gas.i would go through the whole fuel system from tank to carb.put in new hoses,rebuild fuel pump,and rebuild carb.
