Motor starts, runs less than a minute and stalls..

I have a 2007 60HP EFI Mercury outboard. The engine starts but stalls in less than 1 minute. The High pressure pump runs fine with battery test but when installed I get 12 volt power to the connection at run for a second and then nothing. The engine will start, run fine for less than a minute and stall. When I check the gas leaving the VST I only get a trickle. Why am I not getting power to the VST when motor is running?

Did some retesting and high pressure fuel pump gas just dribbles out when running. There is not enough gas going to the injectors. Sounds like I might need a new fuel pump.
