whats up guys,took boat out last weekend and it ran ok,but didnt leave the no wake zone the first part of the day.when i was done fishing decided to take a cruise got out of the no wake zone and boat stalled.do 2cycle outboards have a tendency to load up after hours of cruising at low rpms.its a 115hp j115eledr

If you are on premix the plugs will tend to oil up when what is basically idling for a long time, however it should not really stall out on you. Mine gives a fraction of a second hesitation in this situation but after that immediately picks up. Blows a little more smoke after trolling for a good while as well till it clears the cobwebs.

can be a dirty float needle not letting enough gas in to run at cruise.

thanks,noticed it was smoking more than usual to but as soon as i got on it everything was normal again. one more question?my prop is dinged up looking to buy a new one size stamped on it is 14x17 went online and found 13 1/4 x 17 is that ok?and what is a decent brand. not looking to spend much..
