Motor Won't turn off sometimes

I have a 74 50 hp johnson that sometimes it turn off and sometimes it won't. I've replaced that battery cables and cleaning the termanuls on the motor but that dint really help. I'm thinking it's comeing from a loose conection somewear but I've run out of places to check and was hoping someone could give some ideas on some other spots to check. I've also replaced the ignition switch and those conections seams ok.
