motor year and water pump

hey guys i gotta 90hp merc serial number OC236I60 im curious the year?
also the boat ran fine last week i noticed the teltale has been getting weak and now that im trying to sell the boat im not getting any water discharge now? has my impeller finally went up. could thr thermo's be stuck/clogged? and where are they located? ive owned the boat about a year and not sure when its last beenchanged? all info is greatly appriciated!

Its a 1990. Sounds like you need to drop the L/U and see whats going on with the impeller.

thank you very much i guess ima have to check further. so the stats wouldnt have anything to do with no teltale? just wanna know my other options. weather the stats are working or not, i should still have a stream? sorry to be a pain.
