I purchased a new Motorguide lazer 2 a few years back and never really used it that much. Well last year when I went to use it, there was no power, the motor wouldn't turn on. The battery is good, there is juice at the plug, the footpedal is plugged into the top of the motor, but nothing out of the motor, no beebs no lights, nothing. Took the motor to an "authorized service center" they kept it for 3 weeks without calling back so when I went down there they said they didn't know what was wrong. I have no idea if they even looked at it. My question is has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know of some possible solutions. For the amount I use the motor it isn't worth spending a lot to try to fix it only to mess it up more. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. Thanks
