Motorguide Brute 756 convert to transom mount

I want to convert a motorguide 56 brute 756 with a 1 3/8 od upper shaft to a transom mount unit. Can anyone direct me to the transom bracket part # that will fit this unit? Also I would like to shorten the shaft to 42-45 ", is this possible on this unit?
