IS spark weak on all coils or just one, if its all then you would want to check other components as the power pack could be good.
If its less than all the coils try swapping coils around, clean coil grounds too.
Re-test again. You can make your own gap tester with 2 nails in a block of wood.
You really need to see the spark itself as it jumps the wider gap, it will be a bright blue snap if its good. The neon testers aren't suitable. Better off with 2 nails in a block of wood. What you want is a "go vs no go" test.
If it fails and swapping coils doesn't fix the weak hole then test the power pack, clean all connections first and re-try.
