Hey guys got her done, put a piece of 2x4 on each side in the front, it goes on the boat alot better. the front of the boat is just about even with the winch so got to go just a bit more, thanks Mike for the advise on the plastic sticks, I can probably find something around here to accomadate. Now that I got that in the works, theirs still the tilt and trim I have to work on. It totally disconnected, so I have to wire it back up from scratch, I have a different thread for that but any sugestions would help, may have to take it to a boat mechanic for that. If I knew where the wires went on the solinoids I'd be ok. any sugestions would help.
