mounting bolt diameter for 250 evinrude v8

What is the recommended mounting bolt diameter for<br />a 1992 Evinrude 250 V-8? I assume only 4 and is there a special grade of SS for them?<br />Thanks

They are 1/2" bolts. Just be careful about ss 1/2" bolts, some overseas ones are real brittle.
