First, sorry for the delay on the feedback.....anyways, one guy/company you might want to try is 'Little Mountain Transport' (www.littlemountaintransport.com) out of California. He is the guy who delivered the older truck I recently bought up to Washington State....nice guy, legit, not a big operation but well worth contacting.
