Yes, that is a carb, not a TBI.
Mercarb to be exact.

that will be 97 000 dollars theres a sales tax. government sales tax plus a state tax plus the fee at the boat launch for tieing that up when your boat fails to start lookin at 100 bucks roughly per sensor you will need shipping and handling, devorce fees bankrupty fee factor in about 5 cases of beer sounds about right
