mud or sand bar

So this morning I was boating up and down the grand river , and felt a little hesitation like I hit something.

It must have been a sand or mud bar because about 2 inches of the paint on my skeg is blasted off, and my new stainless steal prop is not bent or dented but it is got a sort of haze too it. Is it possible to have it re polished back to the original shine ? Or just leace it alone

Yep... its possible to make them look new again. I use one of those polishing balls on a drill and some metal/aluminum polish. I follow up with some wax after the polish.

I have one of those for my old car and thats what i was thinking of trying... I will do it tomorro!
