Hi,

I downloaded an instructional video file in the form of an .avi

I am unable to get it to play the video stream, the audio comes through fine. WMP9 says it's looking for the codec but is unable to find it. I downloaded a whole series of codec but to no avail.

Any thoughts as to how I can get this file to play.

Thanks
Andrew

No expert here, but have you considered downloading the latest Real Player? That might work...

-dd-

Isn't an .avi suppose to use Quicktime? I'd DL that progam first.
