Hello,
I have a question about mounting two transducers for two separate units. I've tried searching the forum but have not found much if anything on my question.
Basically, I have a 21 ft SeaPro. I already have a Lowrance LMS 350A on it. The sounder works great and I don't plan on removing it. I did upgrade to a Lowrance Elite 5 DSI with Gold Mapping Chart for better GPS and plotter capability and the new DSI was interesting. My question is, can I mount the DSI's transducer beside the existing transducer for the LMS 350A? Only thing I found so far on the subject of multiple transducers is one statement that if the cones ovelap, there will be some interference. Any input on this would be great. If there is no other options, then I could just use one at a time, but if there is no issue with mounting together, then that would be a bonus.
If this question has already been asked, please bump the thread so I can read it as searching has come up with negative results.
Thanks,
Kyle
