Received new cc21310 control/shift cable from EBay. Will install on Monday! Keep you posted!

New cc21310 control shift received and installed. Also installed a new liquid tight dome Cap Cable Gland to the 10” tygon tubing connected to the thru Hull connect fitting.
Just need to reinstall the ride plate and test the new control box and make any necessary adjustments.

Have not figured out how to edit after it was posted, but photo of cable on the table should say eye terminal is in middle of photo.

Boat started fine!!! Forward, neutral and reverse seem to be working great! More photos and a YouTube video link to come. Thank you all for your help and support in this project! It definitely was a learning experience!

After rechecking ride plate, and repairs in general, I took her out again and creeped the speed up to 40mph! There was severe vibration! I thought I might have hit something, so I immediately put at idle speed and went back to my boathouse and put her up on the lift. I did not find anything out of the ordinary. Ride plate and screws still tight! Hull looked normal.
Will check out position of gate at full throttle, neutral and reverse on Monday!
Does anyone have other suggestions for vibration at high speed?

Most vibrations come from something rotating, so that is the motor, drive shaft or impeller.

Today’s update - attempted to adjust the gate in forward. Unfortunately, the Stop Reverse Gate and bolt are missing. So the next step is to drill out and replace. New parts have been ordered. Keep you posted!

hahaha!! It is actually the port side stop! Should be here Sept 25! In the meantime - tomorrow will start trying to remove broken off M8-30 bolt. I’ll use Speed Out and my portable drill. If it doesn’t work I’ll have to pull her out and do in on my driveway! At 107F today not a great choice!

Removed the reverse gate stop washer broken bolt. Please see photos. Now waiting on the new stop washer.
