MX vs GT series

Hey guys. Anyone know what the difference is between say the mx185 and the gt185 besides cosmetics? Also I am reading that both boats are 18' 5" long but am wondering if that length includes the extended swim platform or not. I am in the market for a new boat and Glastron has been calling my name! Thanks!

I don't think they count the swim platform in that measurement. Technically my boat is 20'6" long... when I measured for storage purposes with outdrive up I was getting around 24 ish feet from bow to furthest point back. Only difference is trim levels and options.... hulls will be the same. Bigger the boat, the better it will handle rougher chop.

Agreed. A GT series has more standard options than an MX series.
